- Coverage varies by plan. Call our dispatch team with your insurance information and we'll confirm whether your ride is covered before you book.
- How far in advance do I need to book a ride?
- We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance when possible. For urgent needs, call us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
- Can a family member or caregiver ride along?
- Yes, in most cases one companion can ride along at no extra charge. Let us know when you book so we can plan for the extra seat.
- What's the difference between ambulatory and stretcher transport?
- Ambulatory transport is for riders who can walk or move with minimal assistance. Stretcher transport is for riders who must remain lying down during the trip.
